The SpaCapsule® has an unprecedented warranty period in comparison to other commercial equipment. Our Two Year Limited Warranty speaks greatly about our company and our product.
The warranty begins from the day of your installation and extends for 2 years. Our warranty is transferable as long as we are notified of the new owner, new location, and arrangements are made for our professional company team to move your equipment or approve the re-location.
Please be sure to register your SpaCapsule® to activate the warranty. The registration card is included with every SpaCapsule®.
 100% fiberglass construction means 100% ease of maintenance. No rust or degradation will ever affect your SpaCapsule®. A completely closed, re-circulated water system in the SpaCapsule® requires minimal maintenance. The SpaCapsule® requires only general cleaning and occasional water level maintenance.
During your SpaCapsule® installation, we will demonstrate the ease and simplicity of day-to-day operations. There is nothing complicated. You or anyone on your staff can easily take care of the simple maintenance procedures.
Shipping & Delivery
The minute you order your new SpaCapsule® we go to work to make sure that your delivery process is smooth and easy. Because the SpaCapsule® requires special handling, we do not use mass-delivery services or Postal Services.
To arrange delivery of your new SpaCapsule® we have contracted a world-known reputable company, Hellmann Worldwide Logistics who will take care of all the arrangements for door to door delivery. You can rest assured that they will help you find the best way to meet your needs. We take care of all logistics and arrangements.
Once your SpaCapsule® arrives to your city, our technical team will meet the shipment, arrange for local delivery, and install your SpaCapsule® into your business or home. Our technician will perform the installation and will explain to you and your staff all functions and benefits of SpaCapsule®.
